Our power is out currently and the boys went outside, so it is blissfully quiet in here. Just the purring of my cat as he lays over my shoulder, as he normally does when I am working on the computer.
I was up late last night working on projects for the Summer issue. I finally got to bed at 2:30 am. But you are going to really like that article if you have horses, have friends who have horses or are thinking about getting horses. It is a fun project that is satisfying to accomplish.
It MONSOONED here last night, but my garden is dry as a bone. I SO need to get compost materials into it. It is not holding water well at all. I am going to have to mulch quite heavily this year. The goat pen is going to be worth gold this fall.
